We support projects that enhance school life

The Community Fund leverages funds raised by the Parents' Association to support projects and events that enhance the learning environment, student health and wellness, and the overall education experience.

What are the program objectives?

The Community Fund leverages funds raised by the Parents' Association to support projects and events that enhance the learning environment, student health and wellness, and the overall education experience. Projects must benefit the maximum number of students and promote the value of the ESB parents association. In the past PA has supported from the community fund: table tennis tables/bats/balls, t-shirts and materials for competitions of student teams with other schools, sound system in school theater, school activities such as bicycle test, benches in the playground, parties & graduation ceremonies, hot chocolate, the secondary sports morning. Please note that although PA has financially supported field trips in the past, this is no longer the case, as parents should pay for field trips. PA will however provide financial support for families in need who struggle to pay for a school trip.
