On May 8th we had our first sports day where all secondary students took part in an active day filled with exciting activities. Our S7 pupils had an adventurous day at the Outdoorpark in Alkmaar and our S1 – S6 pupils took part in the school’s sports day organised by Arthur Seiwert in collaboration with David Hay, and Leah Schoffelmeer from the Sports department.
With over 200 pupils, 16 mixed teams, and 9 team based activities, teachers and participants in their house colours competed together for the Sports Day Cup and enjoyed a day filled with fun and exciting games!
The day kicked off with an inter-house Dodgeball tournament followed by outdoor activities competing in tug of war, relay races, obstacle courses, and beach volleyball. This truly was a day to remember where sport brought our school community together.
The day rounded off with prizes and with the winning team of the Sports Day cup, Team Turquoise! Congratulations!!
On behalf of the Sports day organisers, we are truly proud of all participants for the great sportsmanship, and we would like to thank the school and Parents' Association for sponsoring the event and everyone involved in making this day possible!
