About the Art History & Painting Club:
My name is Elizabeth Spreeuw and I am qualified teacher and I studied History of Art in London. I was always fascinated and interested about the Medieval art, Renaissance and Impressionism. I would like to introduce famous painters from these periods of time. In the club we will look closely to famous artists such as Renoir, Monet to observe the nature, the clothing and not only to make a piece of art but to learn how these paintings were made. I taught Art history in combination with drawing and painting in London and I would like to introduce it to the European Bergen School too. This club is partially theoretical but mainly hands-on. Children will draw, make collages and paint too. Everyone is welcome!
