Dear PA members & dear ESB parents,
Recently you might have experienced problems with our webshop while becoming a new member or getting your membership automatically renewed. We apologize for that!
What went wrong? It was temporarily not possible to sign up as a new member of the parents association. This is now fixed. You can buy the annual PA family membership as well as gear (such as the blue ESB gym shirts).
On Sep 1 the annual renewal of the PA membership with automatic debit should have taken place. Due to technical problems with the payment provider this has failed and as a member you have received a notification about the failed renewal from <firstname.lastname@example.org> with the option to renew manually. If you used that option already and have renewed and paid manually, we thank you very much for your cooperation! If you have not used this option, please wait for a further notification from us. We are still working on fixing this problem and will try to complete the automatic renewal. We will contact you either when this is complete or to ask you to complete this manually.
Sorry to have added extra trouble to the already busy period of the beginning of the new school year! We hope to welcome new members and see you at the PA coffee morning on Sep 6 or the next PA event.
