This club will start in the first week of October to December 15th for 10 session.

About Bootcamp Club:
The fitness boot camp is a method to get the kids fit through a challenging and fun workout. In this training, the children will get fit in a playful way by playing balance, strength and condition games and by jumping and climbing. All exercises are done at their own level so that everyone can get the most out of themselves!

About the Instructors:

Mischa de Jong
Founder and creator of BodyVit. My passion is to make sports fun & challenging for everyone! Due to a lot of variation in the training sessions, motivation remains high. In addition, personal contact with my clients is very important to me. My specialties are strength training, Crossfit, weightlifting, rehabilitation training, running training, Bootcamps, (kick)boxing and nutrition. Every year I take new courses to keep the quality high. My motto: 100% attention for 200% result. Diplomas: CIOS (gym owner), EFAA NASM (personal training), ACE (nutritionist), AALO (higher management), Fitvak (personal training). Olympic Weightlifting.

Jacob Skipper

At a young age I discovered the effect of sports. Because sport gave me a lot of peace, I decided, after my work at the Marine Corps and then as a housing supervisor at a care institution, that I also want to make others aware of the effect of body & mind: embodied consciousness.

Lynn Tsang

What matters to me is that I help my clients achieve their personal goals. Whether this is losing weight, building muscle mass / strength or sport specific.As a Personal Trainer I am both a coach, supporter and an outlet. I like to listen to the needs of my clients and respond to them. In addition, I am always very curious and involved in the lives of my members and I like to coach them towards a better lifestyle.I love seeing my athlete progress or even reach his or her goal. That gives me satisfaction in my work as a Personal Trainer.Diplomas: e.g. Sport&Bewegen N4 (Personal Trainer), Fitvak (Fitnesstrainer), ASM (Athletic Skills Model)
