ECA classes will not take place this term

Dear Parents,

ECA classes will not take place this term. It would be difficult under the circumstances to run ECA classes in our school environment.

This has been a difficult decision for the PA and one which we will review prior to the spring and summer terms – we will keep you informed.

In the meantime, many of the Dutch run activities for children outside of school are running as normal.

You can find links to many of these in the  New Parents section on our website.

Childcare is also available via Forte and AllesKits.

Student Activities & Resource Centers outside of school.

We thought it would be helpful to put together a list of activities for children outside of school.

Sportsday P3, 4 & 5

Sportsday P3, 4 & 5

On 15th June all pupils in P3, 4 & 5 took part in their annual sports day. Several sporting activities included traditional games such as long jump, 50m sprint and shot put but also more fun challenges such as the treadmill team race, group ski race and the water relay. Everyone had a blast under the warm sunshine and all welcomed the healthy snacks and drinks provided by the Parents’ Association.

Our hungry competitors ate through 9 watermelons, 4 galia melons, 2 packets of grapes, a large tub of cherry tomatoes, 2 pineapples and a crate of oranges! That’s more than Eric’s caterpillar!!

Well done to all the sporty pupils and volunteer parents & grand-parents; and not forgetting the teachers who organised the fun games!
