The school will be initiating a call for tender for the canteen very shortly. As new canteen working group of the Parents’ Association, and as representatives of parents, we will be involved in defining criteria for the call for tender, as well as having a vote in the process. Therefore, in order to be able to represent and reflect your wishes during the tender process, we would like to take the opportunity to find out what your personal wishes are with respect to a future canteen service.
Although we cannot guarantee that all individual wishes will be met, they will be taken into consideration as much as possible. Next week we will send out a separate form where you can fill out your wishes and priorities. In the meantime, if you like, you can send us any input via email.
From June – September 2017, a survey about the canteen was held. We appreciate your input in this and your feedback was very helpful to us. Publishing the results at this time would coincide with the launch for a call for tender. To prevent undue influence of an objective tender process in any way, and in agreement with school, the results will not be published at this time, since the survey mainly focused on evaluation of the current canteen. However, if you would like to know more about the survey, please contact the canteen working group. We will be happy to answer your questions! We will keep you posted about developments in this area.
