Minibus Service between Amsterdam area and the European School Bergen

 The European School Student Bus Association is the main coordinator of this service, which is fully outsourced to Amsterdam Vogel, a transport company.

 Our association keeps the School and the Parents Association informed about our services and conditions.

 Here is a description of the sort of ‘door-to-door’ service Amsterdam Vogel offers, using 8 seater cars: 

Each car picks up children living in the same area, either directly from home or at a nearby central pick-up point (depending on how far each family lives from each other). Children are brought back home or at this central point in your neighborhood.

 The cars run with the school hours as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 1 service in the morning and 1 service in the afternoon at 16.30pm
• Wednesday, Friday: 1 service in the morning, 1 service at 13.30pm and 1 service at 16.30pm
• An optional return on Tuesday at 13.30pm might be set-up to match the Nursery/Primary timetables. This option will be offered only if at least 5 children per car use it.

 Price for this service is  3350 euro per year and per child for the full school year if you register and pay the first installment by June 1st.

The service is payable in 4 terms: 

• 20% by June 1st
• 30% by October 1st
• 30% by January 2nd
• 20% by March 1st

 The optional return on Tuesday afternoon will be charged 500 euro per child and per year.

 You get a 5 % discount for a one-time payment for the whole school year if you pay by June 1st 2012 the latest.

 A 5 euro contribution per child will be asked at registration to cover the Association costs (registration to the Chamber of Commerce and Bank services).
