Starting this September, hot meals will be provided directly from the school kitchen by the company ‘Luna Rossa’. Menus will vary frequently with a lot of children’s favourites: pasta, pizza, foccacia, as well as fish, meat, vegetables and desserts.

In order for the transition to go smoothly, we will take care of the ordering and paying process for the children from Nursery school until P5. Secondary school students are encouraged to go directly to the kitchen and purchase their lunch.

Prices for the time being are; 3€ for a small portion and 4€ for a large one.

The instructions of your payment are as follows:

1. Choose either a small portion (3€) or a big portion (4€) and the day(s) for the hot lunch.

2. Calculate your amount:

10 Mondays x 3 or 4 euros = AMOUNT

and/or

10 Tuesdays x 3 or 4 euros = AMOUNT

and/or

9 Thursdays x 3 or 4 euros = AMOUNT

3. If you’re a volunteer at the hot lunches you get a 30% discount on the total amount.

4. Transfer the calculated amount to “Luna Rossa”

5. DON’T FORGET: Email Barbara Bucci at barbara.bucci09@gmail.com and let her know exactly what you have paid, for which day(s) and what class your child’s in.

The helpers at the cafeteria will try to encourage every child to finish his/her plate; nevertheless, they cannot guarantee the result due to the amount of children having hot lunch every day.

Helpers are still needed at this point, but for less time – approximately 1 hour only – and for the same rate of discount (30%)!  If you can help, please email us.
